1. 1日目: Arrival

   Pick up and transfer to the hotel.

2. 2日目: Lhasa Suburb · 2時間

   Today's first attraction is visiting Drepung Monastery, which is the world's largest monastery and housed the Dalai Lama for over 10,000 years.

3. 2日目: Lhasa Suburb · 1時間

   In the afternoon you will first visit the Tibet Museum. Here you can see life scenes, exquisite clothing, house architecture, and festival customs, etc. to explore the special and mysterious Tibetan customs.

4. 2日目: Lhasa Suburb · 2時間

   Then you will visit Norbulingka, which is a typical Tibetan-style royal garden, the summer resort of the Dalai Lama.

5. 3日目: Lhasa Sightseeing · 2時間

   Our guide will meet you at the hotel in the morning and take you to visit the famous Potala Palace, the main landmark of Tibet and the masterpiece of Tibetan architecture. It was first built by King Songtsen Gangpo in the 7th century and later reconstructed by the 5th Dalai Lama in the 17th century. It is now a museum and a world heritage site.

6. 3日目: Lhasa Sightseeing · 2時間

   In the afternoon, we will visit Jokhang Temple in the heart of Lhasa city. Jokhang Temple is one of the most sacred temples in all of Tibet and has always been bustling with local pilgrims from the early days.

   After that, you will take a walk around Barkhor Street – one of the most devotional circuits as well as Lhasa's crowded central market. Barkhor Street is a very old round street surrounding the Jokhang Temple and the locals are always proud of it. As a symbol of Lhasa, it is also a must-see place for visitors.

8. 4日目: Lhasa- Gyantse(4040m)- Shigatse(3840m), 360km, approx 6hrs · 1時間

   On our way from Lhasa to Shigatse, we will pass by Kampala Pass (4,790m) and visit Yamdrok Lake, one of the three holy lakes in Tibet. Standing at the lake shore, you can see the blue water shimmering with beautiful light, as well as the snow-capped holy Mount Nyenchen Khangsar (7,191m) in the distance.

9. 4日目: Lhasa- Gyantse(4040m)- Shigatse(3840m), 360km, approx 6hrs · 1時間

   Next, we will pass by the Karola Glacier and enjoy it on the roadside. It is about 300m from the main highway on your way to Gyantse.

    Then visit the main monastery in Gyantse - Pelkor Chode Monastery. Pelkhor Choede in Gyantse town is located about 230km to the south of Lhasa and 100kmto east of Shigatse. The monastery is a short walk from the heart of the town.

11. 5日目: Shigatse - Tingri - EBC(5100m), 350km, approx 7hrs · 10時間

    In the morning, you will depart from Shigatse to Lhatse, a small town located 150 km from Shigatse, and you may have lunch at a local restaurant. After a brief break, you 'll proceed to Tingri. You will pass Tsola Pass (4600M) and Gyatsola Pass (5248M). In the late afternoon, you will enter the Mt. Everest National Nature Reserve. You can take in the panoramic view of the Himalayas at Gawula Pass (5198m).
    
    Then, we drive along the new zigzag road to Rongpuk or the Tent Camp to stay overnight. If the weather is good, you can have a clear view of the sunset of golden Everest peak.
    
    If it's summer (usually from May to October), you will stay overnight at the nomad tents at the new Everest Base Camp. If it's winter (usually from November to April), you will stay at the Rongbuk Monastery's guesthouse. Both places have only dorm bed lodging available. You can see the beautiful Everest sunset in both places if the weather is good.

12. 6日目: EBC - Shigatse, 350km, approx 6hrs · 4時間

    If the weather is good, you can rise early and enjoy the sunrise at the Everest Peak Lodge.

13. 7日目: Shigatse - Lhasa, 300km, approx 5hrs · 2時間

    In Shigatse, we will visit Tashilunpo Monastery, the home of Panchen Lama. The monastery was founded by the 1st Dalai Lama in 1447 and is a historically and culturally significant site in Shigatse and the second-largest city in Tibet. The monastery is located on a hill in the city center. Its full name in Tibetan is "all fortune and happiness gathered here" or "heap of glory". Take the Friendship Highway back to Lhasa from Shigatse, the northern way to Lhasa. On your way, you'll see the Yarlung Tsangpo valley.

14. 8日目: Depart from Lhasa

    Today, your guide and driver will escort you to the airport or railway station for your next destination. Before your departure, we would appreciate it if you could take a few minutes to evaluate our services by filling out the feedback form or simply sending us an email when you return home. Your entire trip has officially come to an end.

• If you prefer to book your own hotels over those included in our group tour, please meet the rest of the group at their daily hotel on time. We don’t include the transfers to your own hotels;
• We need to pick up and drop off all members of the group on first & last day from Lhasa Airport/Railway, thus there may not always have guide presence but driver;
• Due to the special nature of Tibet travel, any unforeseeable and unavoidable objective circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riot, civil commotion, strikes, public health emergencies, government action, major traffic jams, delay or cancellation of flight/train, attractions temporarily closed. etc., resulting in a change of itinerary, the increased cost will be paid by travelers; if any attraction visits have to be canceled due to the same reasons above, we won't be held responsible for a refund except certain attraction entrance fee which will be solely decided by us.
• Single Supplement: our quote is based on twin rooms. For single travelers, single supplement is required at the time of booking. If later we manage to match you with another traveler to share the twin rooms, the single supplement will be refunded.
