You will not be a mere spectator: you will learn to light the fire, distribute the coals and know the typical cuts of meat of Mendoza. Together with our grilling chef you will participate in the preparation, cooking and secrets that make the roast a true ritual of encounter.

You will make your own empanadas, prepare chimichurri and Creole sauce, and discover the tradition of mate, another symbol of our culture.
