Travelers will be treated to a gastronomic journey with Joëlle's 5-course dinner, which includes a cocktail and appetizers as the sun goes down, followed by a delicious and original pie served with fake caviar, delicate roast beef and eggplant tatin, and a dessert that is sure to satisfy chocolate lovers. Each course is paired with red wine to complement its flavors. In addition to Joëlle's homemade dishes, guests can also sample a selection of locally sourced Comté, Roquefort, and Camembert cheeses.
