観光名所;エラヴィクラム国立公園。エラビクラム国立公園は、絶滅の危機に瀕している山羊やアナムディ、インド南部で最も高いピークのニルギリ・タールで有名です。 （午前8時30分 - 午後4時30分、入場料は含まれていません）、Lakkam Water Falls（トレッキング可）、Marayoor Sandalwoodの森、Anakottapara公園、Muniyara洞窟（ドルメン）、Thoovanamの滝、Chinnarの野生生物の散歩（3時間のトレッキング）と見張り塔の眺望は利用可能ですが、入場料は除外されます）

The most sought after destination in Munnar is the Eravikulam National Park, the first of its kind in Kerala, where the endangered Nilgiri Thar is protected. Spread over 97 sq. km., this park holds the largest viable population of Tahr, several other species of rare animals, birds and butterflies. The park offers a magnificent view of the tea plantations and also of the rolling hills caressed by blankets of mist. The park becomes a hot destination when the hill slopes get covered in a carpet of blue, resulting from the flowering of Neelakurinji. It is a plant endemic to this part of the Western Ghats which blooms once in twelve years.
