   The bar is super rustic—built from driftwood, old pallets, and scrap materials—and feels like something straight out of a castaway dream. No roads, no Wi-Fi, no rush. Just turquoise water, pelicans gliding overhead, reggae vibes, and ice-cold Red Stripe beers.
   
   Floyd (the original owner) named it after the pelicans that used to gather on the sandbar.
