   Depart from Lowestoft Harbour and cruise through one of the East Coast’s busiest commercial ports, supporting the North Sea offshore wind industry. Pass the historic South Pier and, depending on harbour activity, see offshore supply vessels, cargo ships, fishing boats, yachts, workboats, and crew transfer vessels.

   May pass Claremont Pier, one of Lowestoft’s historic seaside landmarks, with views across the seafront, sandy beaches, and out to the North Sea. Depending on route, sea conditions and customer preferences, this section of coastline may or may not be included, offering glimpses of Lowestoft’s long stretches of beach and traditional seaside frontage.

   May pass Pakefield Beach, a quieter stretch of Lowestoft’s coastline known for its sandy beach, gentle cliffs and traditional seaside character.    May pass Kessingland Beach and the surrounding cliffs, a more rugged stretch of coastline south of Lowestoft known for its open sands and natural shoreline.    May pass artificial seabird nesting structures known as ‘kittiwake hotels’, purpose-built installations along the coastline designed to encourage breeding seabird colonies in safe elevated habitats. Nearby, the towering ‘Gulliver’ wind turbine can also be seen offshore, which at the time of installation was the tallest onshore wind turbine in the UK.    May pass Corton Beach, a wide sandy stretch of coastline north of Lowestoft backed by cliffs and open sea views.
