これは、安全なレクリエーション フリーダイビングの基礎をカバーする半日コースです。 「アドバンスシュノーケリング」とも呼んでいます。このコースでは、バディと一緒にサンゴ礁でフリーダイビングを行い、イルカ、マンタ、カメなどの海洋動物と触れ合うことができます。
自信のある水泳選手であることを除けば、コースに参加するのに以前の経験は必要ありません!

The first one and half hours you will spend in the classroom in Freedive Nusa Freediving School learning basic theoretical and practical aspects of breath-hold diving.
Then you will go in the water and practice your new skills on the rich beautiful home reef right in front of the school.
The experience which you will get during the course will make you much more confident in the ocean and will give you much more freedom during swimming and snorkeling.
