私は元々、オアハカ州に属する地峡地域のゾケ民族グループの出身です。伝統的にチョコレートの家族の出身であり、長年にわたって獲得した経験と知識を共有することができます。カカオにすると、カカオの精巧さによって風味が変化する様子を味わうことができます。

Our tasting consists of trying different varieties and processes of cocoa, to distinguish the differences of each one.
We work with ranges of cocoa percentage to taste, from Pure Cocoa (0% sugar) to the most traditional chocolate, we taste 15 to 20 presentations of cocoa and chocolate, among them: Natural cocoa, cocoa endemic to the region, drinks and chocolate bars with alternative sugar.
Part of the traceability and culture of cocoa in Oaxaca is told.
We will take a short break with a cocoa-based sandwich, and to finish off a house drink.
It lasts approximately 2 hours.
Ideal for families, vegans and anyone who wants to immerse themselves in the culture of chocolate.
