概要
元セラーマスターであり、情熱的なガイドでもあるニコラと共に、リヴザルトのテロワールを探求しましょう。 最大8名までの少人数グループで、この半日ツアーではルシヨン地方のブドウ畑の中心部へとご案内します。
有機認証を受けた家族経営のブドウ園、ドメーヌ・ブドーからルシヨン平原を横切ります。 ピレネー山脈と地中海がその景観を縁取っている。
ニコラはブドウ畑を案内しながら、土壌、地中海性気候、そして地元のブドウ品種がそれぞれのワインにどのような影響を与えるかを説明してくれます。 ワイン醸造所では、発酵、ステンレス製タンクまたはオーク樽での熟成、ブレンドといった、ワイン製造の主要段階をご覧いただけます。
見学の最後には、ワイナリーのワインの試飲会が行われます。試飲できるのは、辛口の白ワインと赤ワイン、そしてフランスでも屈指の名高いリヴザルトの甘口ワインです。

After your reception at the estate, you will leave for a getaway in the vineyard where you will discover the specificity of the Rivesaltes terroir as well as the farming methods in Organic Farming. This is where it all begins: you will understand the impact of this terroir, the climate and the grape varieties. Always accompanied by your guide, head to the wine cellar. You will discover the key stages of winemaking and work in the cellar. You will observe the influence of aging on different cuvées, in stainless steel vats or in barrels, there is always a reason!
Finally, end your visit to the cellar with an introduction to wine tasting. You will learn the different stages of tasting and you will be able to begin to put words, feelings on the wines you will taste. After this morning, the wines of Rivesaltes will have no more secrets for you!
