概要

まずは農場や庭を散策し、動物たちに出会い、日々の生活について学びましょう。 その後、敷地内で新鮮なハーブを採餌し、料理に使用します。
キッチンに戻って、生パスタを一から作る方法を学びます。 家族に案内され、代々受け継がれてきたレシピを使って、飼育ハーブを詰めた伝統的なラビオリや手作りのタリアテッレなどを用意します。
