- Getting there: Saint-Émilion is easy to reach from Bordeaux by car or by train (Saint-Émilion station, then a short walk up to the village). Please arrive 15 minutes before departure — we offer a 5-minute grace period, but tours leave on schedule to respect everyone's time. Unfortunately, late arrivals, missed departures, and last-minute cancellations cannot be refunded.
- E-bikes for everyone: this tour is ridden on comfortable, high-end electric bikes. The assistance flattens the Saint-Émilion hills, so everyone keeps up and nobody struggles. Minimum age 16, as the tour includes a wine tasting (wine served to travelers aged 18+ only).
- Weather: in case of heavy rain or dangerous conditions, the tour is cancelled. Light rain, showers or fog (common in spring and autumn) don't stop us: the tour goes ahead whenever conditions allow, so a light poncho is always a good idea.
- A small team, a big passion: Monsieur Bacchus is a small, locally run company. Every tour is the result of thoughtful preparation to make your experience safe, personal, and unforgettable. - Route: your guide may adapt the itinerary depending on the weather, work in the vineyards or the group's pace. The famous châteaux are admired from the outside; the tasting takes place at our partner family estate. The highlights and the spirit of the tour stay the same.
