概要
このハンズオンレッスンでは、家族でいつも目にした伝統的なレシピを紹介します。 バリエーション豊かなブルシェットとチーズのアンティパスティ、ミートラグー、タリアテッレなどのハンドメイドパスタ、デザートは、一緒に作って食べる料理です。
夕食のお料理教室は火・金曜の17時から、ランチのお料理教室は月・水・木曜の10時からです。 授業時間は約4時間です。

Hands on cooking class for pasta dough which we'll use for tagliatelle, homemade ragù, chicken cacciatore and chocolate lava cake. Everything washed down with a couple of glasses of our wines produced at the estate. Apron and recipes to take home included for every partecipants.
If you have any type of allergy or intollerance, or a specific diet (vegetarian/vegan), you can tell us and we will adjust the menu for you.
