When booking, please provide your arrival flight details, preferred pickup time, drop-off location, and any special requests to ensure a smooth and personalized experience.
For airport pickups, your driver will meet you at baggage claim, holding a tablet with your name for easy recognition. For hotel pickups, they will greet you in the main lobby. We track your flight in real-time to adjust the pickup time for any delays or early arrivals, ensuring you don’t have to wait. Our complimentary waiting times are up to 1.5 hours for international flights, 1 hour for domestic flights (starting from your flight’s landing time), and up to 20 minutes for pickups outside the airport.
The day before your service, we'll provide you with your driver’s name and phone number to ensure easy communication. If you have any difficulty locating your driver, our customer service team is available for immediate assistance.
This service is offered exclusively for trips within the SAN JUAN AREA. If you’re traveling to another city, we’d be happy to assist you with one of our other available options.

Travel Agent Bookings: If this reservation is being made by a travel agent on behalf of a client, please provide the full name and mobile phone number of the passenger who will actually be picked up. This allows the driver to contact the passenger directly on the day of service if necessary.
Airport Pickup: Your chauffeur will meet you at the baggage claim area with a tablet displaying your name. Please wait at the baggage carousel assigned to your arriving flight, even if you do not have checked luggage to collect. If you are unable to locate your chauffeur, please call or text us.
Port Pickup Instructions: The driver will contact you with specific pickup instructions, as pier logistics and designated pickup areas may change without prior notice. Please also confirm your expected disembarkation time based on your group’s scheduled departure from the ship so we can coordinate your pickup accordingly.
Flight Information: If you have not already provided the flight number of the flight arriving in Puerto Rico, please send it to us as soon as possible. This allows us to track your flight in real time and ensure a smooth and timely pickup, including in the event of delays or schedule changes.
Drop-Off Location: If you have not yet provided your final drop-off location, please send the complete hotel, Airbnb, cruise port, or destination name/address prior to your scheduled service.
Hotel Pickup: Your chauffeur will meet you at the hotel’s main lobby. If you have not already provided your requested pickup time, please confirm the time so we can schedule your chauffeur accordingly.
