You’ll sample a selection of fine local chocolates, from smooth and creamy creations to richer cocoa flavors, all made using high-quality ingredients and traditional Piedmontese techniques, offering a delicious introduction to the city’s sweet heritage.

   At the second stop, near Largo Vittorio Emanuele II, you will enjoy a pastry tasting showcasing some of Turin’s most beloved sweet traditions. You’ll sample a selection of classic local pastries, crafted with care and high-quality ingredients, reflecting the city’s long-standing reputation for refined confectionery. Rooted in centuries of tradition, these desserts offer a delicious insight into Piedmont’s rich pastry heritage, once enjoyed in historic cafés and by the city’s noble families.

   Near Piazza San Carlo, you will taste the iconic Bicerin, a layered drink made with espresso, rich drinking chocolate, and whole milk or cream, traditionally served in a glass.
