敷地のあちこちにあるブドウ畑からの素晴らしい景色を楽しみながら、一緒にブドウ畑を歩きます。
私たちが日々行っている仕事や、量よりも質に重点を置いた Tenuta La Cà の方向性をよりよく理解するために、1 時間半おしゃべりしました。
それから私たちはセラーに入り、重力によってマストとブドウを処理するスチール製の部屋を一緒に訪問します。
最後に樽セラーに到着します。そこでは、最高のワインが時間の流れに任せて精製されます。

The best way to understand a vineyard is to look at it up close, which is why we don't use maps or infographics to explain what we do but we take you first to the countryside to talk to you about life, vines, soil and terroir and then to the cellar to describe the our way of transforming grapes into wine, finally we open the doors of our barrel cellar where we refine our most noble and precious expressions.
We will talk about fermentations, temperatures, naturalness, woods, evolution and then we will taste together a selection of 4 wines from our production.
Paired with the wines there will be some local specialties.
