   Note: Entry to building is not guaranteed based on Court schedule. Court is closed Saturdays and during arguments.
   Learn about the history and current inner workings of the US Supreme Court in a fun and relatable fashion. Through landmark cases from Marbury v Madison and Brown v Board of Education to the cases of today you will learn how cases make their way to the highest court in the land, the basics of an oral argument, and how opinions are established.

The Library of Congress features a magnificent display of Gilded Age extravagance, with a Great Hall renowned for its Beaux-Arts murals and sculpted marble. In addition to its striking design, the library houses over 170 million items—including Thomas Jefferson's foundational library, a Gutenberg Bible, and the first map to use the word 'America'—serving as a spectacular monument to the nation's pursuit of knowledge.

• Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes before tour start time. Tour begins exactly at stated time, entry to buildings are on timed reservations, and group must enter security together, therefore we are unable to accommodate for late arrivals.
• Closest Metro stop: Capitol South (Orange/Blue/Silver Lines) - Exit station using main exit, walk approximately two blocks north on First Street SE.
• The US Capitol and its surrounding complex are in a secure federal operation area and nearby parking is highly restricted. The nearest public parking is located at Union Station approximately .5 mile from meeting location. Alternative modes of transportation are highly encouraged.
