1 Day Before: Your driver (or dispatch team) will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm the meeting point and vehicle details.
Port Pickup (From Yokohama): Look for your driver at the Arrival Hall Exit of your specific terminal (Osanbashi, Daikoku, or Shinko). No searching required. We include free waiting time after the ship docks.
Hotel Pickup (From Tokyo): Your driver will arrive at your hotel lobby 15 minutes early to assist with loading your heavy luggage.
