1. Stop 1

   Drive over the Auckland Harbour Bridge, built in 1959, offering the most spectacular views and photo opportunities of the City and beyond

2. Stop 2 · 20 min

   This quaint little township, often remarked being similar to Sausilito, is the oldest suburb on the North Shore of Auckland. Picturesque streets which are home to over 5,000 old wooden villas

3. Stop 3 · 30 min

   Steeped in history and is an underground "mini city" with a labyrinth of tunnels, some of which we journey into. We walk around this volcano (flat walk) with simply spectacular 360 degree views of Auckland

4. Stop 4 · 15 min

   Steeped in history with spectacular Harbour Views

5. Stop 5 · 30 min

   New Zealand is famous for wine and we journey into the wine growing district of West Auckland and stop and do some wine tasting

6. Stop 6 · 45 min

   Our lunch destination is at Riverhead. Steeped in history dating back to 1857 overlooking the uppermost finger of Auckland's Waitemata Harbour (lunch not included in tour)

   Soak up the stunning views of Auckland Harbour coastline flanked with our beautiful native pohutakawa trees

   Another of Auckland's inner city beaches that was formerly the home of New Zealand native parera duck

   New Zealand's richest suburb as we explain how to tell the age of the old wooden villas and about their construction and other facets

    Journey to the highest point in Auckland (196 metres) with simply spectacular 360 degree views. This is one of 56 extinct volcanoes in Auckland bosting one of the largest volcanic craters in Auckland

11. Stop 11

    Journey along this road built in 1931 offering magical views of inner Auckland

    Parnell is the oldest suburb in Auckland dating back to 1841 and is home to the Auckland Rose Garden and the Golden Mile of Parnell with its numerous eateries and the quaint Parnell Village

    We visit one of Auckland's 3 crater lakes. This formed from a volcanic eruption that occurred 85,000 years ago

    The richest street in Auckland and New Zealand offering breath-taking views over the Harbour and City

    We enter the countryside of West Auckland where guests will see farms, livestock and marvel at the greenness of the pasture

    We journey through this wealthy area in the countryside of Auckland, flanked by enormous homes, and we show guests the Coatesville Mansion that recently sold for $32.5 M

• Some easy walking is involved. Comfortable shoes recommended
• At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time

• We can provide this tour to groups larger than 14 by discussions with Viator and ourselves
• Please note that there are 2 activities that require good walking ability. Unfortunately, our tour is not recommended for those with agility/mobility issues.
• Guests arriving on a cruise ship-we pick up right beside the cruise ship-30 metres from where you exit the Customs Hall dockside. If you are leaving the cruise ship, we can store your luggage in our Mercedes luggage hold throughout the tour. Then at the end of the tour drop you off at your Auckland Hotel or at a taxi stand to enable you to get a taxi to the airport is you are flying out later in the day (we do not offer an airport drop-off service).
