Although often referred to Thai massage, this treatment style is usually based on a number of well established Eastern massage and exercise techniques and best received on the floor on a comfortable traditional massage bed.
Your therapist will use his or her hands, feet and elbows to apply pressure to the important points along the energy lines of your body, mixture of gentle stretching and gives relief to your muscles.
Thai massage offers similar benefits to many other types of massage. In particular, it reduces tension, helping to stop spasms, relax tight muscles and also mobilizes your joints. The process also improves blood circulation, giving you an energy boost and speeding up the healing process.
