Your experience begins with a warm Italian welcome, featuring a small appetizer and aperitif to introduce you to the flavors of Catania. Next, roll up your sleeves and get hands-on with the pasta-making process! Under expert guidance, you’ll mix, knead, and shape classic Italian pasta—whether it’s pappardelle, tagliatelle, or ravioli—using traditional Sicilian techniques.
