Kom authentieke Marokkaanse en Amazigh cultuur ervaren met mijn familie in de oude medina van Rabat!
Je avontuur begint als mijn vader je verwelkomt en de kunst van het Marokkaanse theezetten leert.
Mijn moeder en ik zullen u stap voor stap Gids om ELK Marokkaans gerecht te bereiden dat u wilt van Tagine, Touscous of Rfissa..... enz. (vegetarisch / veganistisch beschikbaar).
Je maalt Amlou met een + 120 jaar oude molen, leert Tafarnout brood te maken boven houtskool en eet het vervolgens warm met honing, boter, olijven en olijfolie terwijl het hoofdgerecht kookt.

First, we'll make Moroccan tea together the traditional way, from brewing to pouring, and enjoy it
Then, you'll knead, shape, and bake Tafarnout bread over charcoal in a clay oven .
Next, using a +120 years old family grinder, you'll make fresh Amlou from peanuts and honey, then taste it warm on the bread we made.
You'll also enjoy your freshly baked bread with the Amlou you made, plus golden honey, butter, olives, and local olive oil, a true Berber delight.
After that, you'll choose any Moroccan dish you like, tagine, couscous, Rfissa, or another favorite, and cook it step by step with me and my mother.
Then we gather around our family table to feast together, sharing stories, laughter, and the warmth of Moroccan hospitality.
Finally, dress in our family's traditional Berber clothing and real silver jewelry for photos and memories, a sweet ending to your experience.
