Overzicht
We starten in Salento, Quindío, waar we onze gids ontmoeten en aan boord stappen van het vervoer dat ons naar de Cocora-vallei brengt. After so much enjoying nothing better than the typical lunch (Rice, salad, giant patacón of the whole dish with trout, hogao plus lemonade) if you do not like fish you can replace it with beef, chicken chop or pork fillet (depending on the meat the dish may have variations).
We will arrive at our destination farm the Buenos Aires coffee farm where we will start with the typical costume El Sombrero, poncho and basket to start the tour with all coffee processes, including planting, care, growth, coffee harvesting, pulping, drying and catchment in the middle of the tour you will have a peasant snack with Arepa with Hogao and lemonade. The Finca tour is premium and lasts approximately 2 to 3 hours.
