Vernoemd naar James Stephen — een Britse abolitionist die vocht om de slavenhandel te beëindigen — vertrekt deze tweedelige wandeling vanaf de voet van Olivees Mountain en duikt in het regenwoud. Klim omhoog, langs de grot langs het gemarkeerde pad, tot je bij twee watervallen komt. Vanaf hier is de keuze aan jou: Keer terug of maak een geavanceerde wandeling, compleet met klauteren, touwklimmen en rotshoppen, om de tweede waterval te bereiken. Welke optie je ook kiest, binnen vijf uur ben je weer terug op het basiskamp.
