Overzicht
Maison ZEYSSOLFF is een van de zeldzame kelders in de Elzas met ongeveer twintig eeuwen oude eiken vaten, elk met een capaciteit van 10.000 liter die nog steeds worden gebruikt voor de vinificatie van zijn wijnen. Zijn grote nieuwsgierigheid is het ZEYSSOLFF-vat, vervaardigd in 1897 voor de Wereldtentoonstelling in Parijs (1900). Dit vat is nog steeds in gebruik.
De meeslepende ervaring met projecties op bliksem- en geluidswerk is uniek in Frankrijk.

Discover Maison Zeyssolff, a family estate founded in 1850 in Gertwiller, at the heart of the Alsace Wine Route. This experience plunges you into the world of Alsace wines through a commented tasting of our cuvées, from organic farming, followed by a video explaining winemaking, accessible to adults and children.
Continue the visit in our historic cellar, where you will discover hundred-year-old oak casks still in use, as well as an exceptional arms barrel presented at the Universal Exhibition of 1900 in Paris.
The highlight of the visit is our immersive 180°film, projected directly onto the barrels, a unique experience in France. This film is not a remake of what can be found to date where the work of the vineyard is told. But a film about our rather rich history, and about our work philosophy.
The tour ends with a tasting accompanied by a share of kougelhopf.
An experience rewarded by three national wine tourism trophies, including the 2022 Atout France National Wine Tourism Trophy.
Each participant repairs with a bottle of 37.5cl mulled wine and gingerbread.
