Programma

1. Stop 1 · 1 u

   Optional visit: Get close to Australia’s remarkable native wildlife at Featherdale, home to koalas, kangaroos, wallabies, wombats, echidnas, dingoes, Tasmanian devils and colourful birdlife. Explore spacious habitats and enjoy memorable encounters with some of the country’s most distinctive animals. Admission is not included in the tour price.

2. Stop 2 · 1 u

   Journey into Blue Mountains National Park, part of the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Greater Blue Mountains Area. Discover vast eucalyptus forests, dramatic sandstone cliffs and deep valleys as your guide takes you to carefully chosen viewpoints and scenic stops, adapting the experience to the conditions and your interests.

3. Stop 3 · 30 min

   Take in sweeping views of Wentworth Falls as it descends in tiers over sandstone cliffs into the forested Jamison Valley. For active guests seeking a closer perspective, an optional hike to the base of the falls can be incorporated, subject to available time, track conditions and fitness level.

4. Stop 4 · 30 min

   Optional walk: Explore approximately 30 minutes of the accessible upper section of the historic National Pass, beginning at Wentworth Falls picnic area. Follow the track past spectacular lookouts over Wentworth Falls and the Jamison Valley towards the Grand Stairway before retracing your steps. The route is subject to track access and conditions.

5. Stop 5 · 20 min

   Stop at Cahill’s Lookout for expansive views across the forested Megalong Valley and its surrounding sandstone escarpments. Set away from Katoomba’s busiest viewpoints, this peaceful vantage point offers a memorable sense of the Blue Mountains’ immense scale.

6. Stop 6 · 1 u

   Spend time in Leura, a charming mountain village known for its leafy streets, heritage character, independent boutiques and inviting cafés. Enjoy a relaxed stroll through the village and choose from its local eateries for lunch at your own expense.

7. Stop 7 · 2 u

   Optional visit: Experience the Blue Mountains from a different perspective aboard Scenic World’s Skyway, Cableway and Railway. Take in elevated views of the Three Sisters, Katoomba Falls and Jamison Valley before riding the world’s steepest passenger railway into the rainforest below. Admission is not included in the tour price.

8. Stop 8 · 20 min

   See Katoomba Falls, where the Kedumba River cascades almost 150 metres in stages over sandstone cliffs towards the Jamison Valley. Framed by eucalyptus forest and the surrounding escarpment, it is one of the Blue Mountains’ most picturesque waterfalls, particularly after rainfall.

9. Stop 9 · 30 min

   Visit Echo Point for a close view of the Three Sisters, the Blue Mountains’ most recognisable sandstone formation. Look across the vast Jamison Valley towards Mount Solitary and take in one of the region’s most iconic panoramas.
