• Please arrive at your pick-up point at least 5-10 minutes before departure. Please note that no refunds are available for latecomers or no-shows.
• The type of vehicle can be changed depending on the number of participants.
• The third meeting point, "Busan Station" is the "KTX Station", NOT the subway station.
• You can only choose "ONE" type of train ride for Haeundae Blue Line Park: Sky Capsule or Beach Train.
• Only shared seats are available for Sky Capsule.
• You may need to stand in the Beach Train.
• The exact time & location of drop-off are subject to weather and traffic conditions on the day of tour.
• Pets cannot be accommodated.
• To avoid heavy traffic, your tour group will not be returning to Busan KTX Station at the end. If you want, please take a subway at Seomyeon Station, one of drop-off sites.
• The tour is operated in rainy or snowy or windy weather.
• Cancellation and refunds are not available within 24 hours of departure time for the following reasons: sudden illness, flight delay, weather changes such as rain, snow, or wind, personal reasons, incorrect booking, or other cases where there are no issues with the tour operation.
