   Let's start your culinary journey with a local aperitif! In an épicerie in of the most picturesque squares in Colmar, you will sip a refreshing glass of local beer while indulging in a delicious bretzel tasting. You will truly see how French and German food culture will mix up in Colmar!

3. Parada 3 · 1 h

   Have a seat in this beautiful traditional restaurant, and try one of their signature dish: Bibalakas Fermier! Made with cream and herbs such as garlic, chives, and parsley, it originated on small Alsatian farms where families prepared it from fresh morning milk.
