   The Plaza Mayor or Central Park is the heart of Antigua Guatemala and one of the most emblematic places of the city. Surrounded by colonial buildings, it is the meeting point where history, culture and daily life intertwine.

   San José Parish, also known as the Cathedral of Antigua Guatemala, is one of the most emblematic monuments of the city, famous for its imposing Baroque facade and history dating back to the 17th century.
