   Hierve el Agua is a natural site located in the state of Oaxaca, Mexico. It is known for its picturesque landscapes featuring petrified waterfalls and mineral-rich springs. Despite its name, which translates to "Boiling Water," the water at Hierve el Agua is not actually boiling; instead, it is rich in minerals like calcium carbonate, creating the illusion of frozen waterfalls. Visitors can enjoy the stunning views, take a dip in the natural pools, and appreciate the unique geological formations of this remarkable site.

   One of the most beautiful sights in Oaxaca is the Maguey fields, during this tour we have a unique surprise for our group to have lunch in the middle of Maguey field, where you will taste the traditional Oaxaca food made by a local family, the "Tlayudas" and "Memelas" from the grill.
