Overview
A walking tour to discover the ancient district of Trastevere. This neighborhood is still considered today one of the authentical original areas of Rome. An incredible XVI century Villa that will give you the opportunity to admire the incredible work of one of the best artists of the Renaissance: Raphael. With his school of painters he decorated the Villa of a banker, Agostino Chigi, that decided to build a sumptuous Villa, by the river. We will understand the propaganda decoration and the life of artists and noble man of that time.

Walking through the neighborhood, we will get to see some of the greatest churches of Rome, specifically the first dedicated to the Virgin Mary in rome: Santa Maria in Trastevere. The real beauty in this church are the mosaics dating back to the XIII century.
