Überblick
Unsere Touren werden von Menschen durchgeführt, die im Dorf leben. Wir sind Einheimische, die unser denkmalgeschütztes Dorf leben, lieben und fördern. Unsere Tour ist daher mit vielen lokalen Inhalten gefüllt. Wir haben viele Geschichten, aber unsere beiden Favoriten ehren die preußischen „alten Lutheraner“, die der religiösen Verfolgung entkamen und nach Südaustralien flohen. Ein Ort, von dessen Existenz sie nicht einmal wussten. Das andere handelt von den preußischen Pionierinnen und ihrem Mut und ihrer Hartnäckigkeit, die Kolonie vor dem Hungertod zu retten. Hahndorf Walking Tours has exclusive access to this church where photos can be taken inside and out. Built in 1890 it is a prominent historic building which is much loved by parishioners and International visitors. Many people chose to get married in this church because of its grand entrance.

This shop is filled with great opportunities to purchase handcrafted German products. Justin and Rebecca have an entire oom FULL of Cuckoo clocks along with other treasure. Housed in one the traditional houses in the Main Street of Hahndorf.
