Ich nehme nur kleine Gruppen an; Sie werden in meinem Haus arbeiten, meine Werkzeuge und meinen Raum nutzen und einen Einblick in einen traditionellen italienischen Haushalt erhalten. Sie werden das gleiche Essen essen wie wir Italiener, in einer schönen, freundlichen und familiären Atmosphäre.

This is not a restaurant. This is not a cooking school or an B&B.
You will welcomed into a real ancient house with a breathtaking view from the top over the hills, woods and roofs where we'll work together. I will teach how to make 2 kinds of traditional handmade pasta : fettuccine andravioli with spinch and ricotta filling.; we'll cook them in 2 different sauces : tomatoes with garlic chili and basil for spaghetti and butter and sage for ravioli; we cook and eat the pasta in the ancient kitchen downstairs, all served with a glass of white or red wine. At the end a dessert.
Kneading, cooking and eating in a very family atmosphere.
