J'accepte uniquement les petits groupes ; vous travaillerez chez moi, en utilisant mes outils et mon espace, et vous aurez un aperçu privilégié d'un foyer italien traditionnel. Vous mangerez la même nourriture que nous, les Italiens, dans une atmosphère charmante, amicale et familiale.

This is not a restaurant. This is not a cooking school or an B&B.
You will welcomed into a real ancient house with a breathtaking view from the top over the hills, woods and roofs where we'll work together. I will teach how to make 2 kinds of traditional handmade pasta : fettuccine andravioli with spinch and ricotta filling.; we'll cook them in 2 different sauces : tomatoes with garlic chili and basil for spaghetti and butter and sage for ravioli; we cook and eat the pasta in the ancient kitchen downstairs, all served with a glass of white or red wine. At the end a dessert.
Kneading, cooking and eating in a very family atmosphere.

You can reach my place both by bus and car. The bus is nr. 23 from railway station, bus stop: Avesa piazza Plebiscito in front of the “Bar Al Leon” : come back for 150 meters and, on your right, you’ll find a little alley to the courtyard of my house that is the third on the left.
