- Cancellations made 28 days or more prior to the scheduled departure date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 7 to 27 days prior to the scheduled departure date will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled departure date are non-refundable.
- Please let us know your preferred itinerary, and we will make suitable arrangements. Kindly note that the duration of a private tour, including travel time, is 10 hours. Additional charges may apply if the tour exceeds this limit. Also, Banff, Yoho, and Jasper National Parks cannot all be covered within a single day, so certain choices will need to be made.
