We will start our Fado tour by wandering through the alleys and windy streets on a walking tour through Mouraria and Alfama (1h approx), where you can get to know the working class neighborhoods and streets where Fado was born. Our guide will explain to you the history and the cultural importance of Fado, and how it shaped mentalities in Portugal and the portuguese own sense of identity.
We'll end the tour at a traditional Fado house where we'll listen to the heartfelt melodies of Fado.
