You have a 90 Minutes window this is included in the meet and greet service. 90 minutes free waiting plus car park. if you are delayed in immigration and you think you will be more then 90 minutes, YOU MUST CONTACT OUR OFFICE.if you do not contact us and 90 minut passes you willl lose your transfer, and no refund will given. our waiting time charges are, minimum for the first hour £25.00 there after by the minutes.This Charge is to cover driver waiting time pay and additional car park charges.
