Aperçu
La fissure de Silfra existe en raison des plaques tectoniques nord-américaine et eurasienne qui se séparent d'environ 2 centimètres par an, laissant une faille dans le paysage entre elles. Cette faille est remplie d'eau glaciaire du glacier Langjökull qui a été filtrée à travers des champs de lave pendant des décennies avant d'atteindre Silfra, ce qui rend l'eau exceptionnellement claire et potable.

Silfra fissure is one of the top dive sites in the world, situated in Thingvellir National Park, only about 50 kilometers from Reykjavik. You can either head to Fly Over Iceland after snorkeling or move your reservation for another time and day that suits your travel plans best!

- Recommended to bring a change of clothes (the drysuit has a very small chance of leaking)
- We recommend wearing long thermal underwear and thick wool socks a a base layer under the drysuit
- All participants heights, weights and age must be provided to local operator. If you do not provide at time of booking, please contact supplier immediately after booking to provide this information
- All participants will need to fill out a medical form before participating in the tour. Please find a link to the medical statement on your ticket voucher right after booking the experience to be sure if you qualify.
