Overview

Two options: 10 AM or 11 AM. Why join our experience? We LIVED this firsthand. We are Born and raised in Little Italy or worked in the area as NYPD Officers. We go to places the tour companies don't know exist and see things often missed while meeting locals along the way.

Start with Behind the scenes at John's of 12th Street restaurant with spaghetti tasing (only 11 AM option), finish with Italian pastry at local shop Est 1931. This is a NYC Mafia experience from a true “insider’s perspective” of the East Village NYC mafia & Crime history as well as local Gang history.

Starting with private VIP tasting at a famous Mafia "Red Sauce Joint" seen in Soprano's "Life After Goodfellas" & "Get Gotti" (11 AM) this experience starts in the East Village, ends in Little Italy, we visit notorious Mafia & Crime locations, share true crime stories and crime locations in the neighborhood including gang history & locations.

Itinerary

  1. Stop 1 · 20m

Get the insider's perspective on the infamous Mafia crime families of New York City on this walking tour with a full-sized cannoli not the typical crappy tour company cannoli. Walk through the vibrant and fascinating gangland area of New York’s East Village and Little Italy. Walk where infamous Mafia leaders such as Myer Lanski, Lucky Luciano, Joe Bonnano, John Gotti and others operated their elusive and deadly business.

  2. Stop 2 · 30m

We begin at 302 E 12th Street at a NYC “Red Sauce Joint” frequented by NYC mafia members. The place where the NYC Mafia began and founded by Lucky Luciano. Here we begin with spaghetti welcome.

  3. Stop 3 · 30m

We begin the tour in the East Village, where you will learn the complex origins of the Mafia in New York City, and learn the hierarchies within each crime family from the foot soldiers, to the captains and the ‘Boss’.

Walk in the footsteps of famed mobsters like Lucky Luciano, Joe ‘the boss’ Masseria, John Gotti – the Teflon Don, “Vinny the Chin” and “Crazy Joe” Gallo, as you hear about their lives, and their crimes.

  4. Stop 4

Explore second avenue's prohibition history as we walk along this famous avenue exploring places most tours miss.

  5. Stop 5 · 15m

Hear about this amazing urban garden and its connection to the New York mafia.

  6. Stop 6 · 5m

Hear firsthand accounts of the Gambino crime family and John Gotti who's elusive family business operated out of this social club. I lived in Little Italy from Carlo Gambino through to John Gotti.

End your Mafia experience with a delicious ‘dolce’, a cream-filled Sicilian Cannoli at the best pastry shop in town. Opened nearly 100 years ago our close friends own and operate this gem of a shop most frequented by locals

Enjoy the best cannoli from our close friends who have operated this gem for almost 100 years. We include a large cannoli not the typical mini tour company cannoli.
